Our recently completed mixed-use scheme on the Western Avenue has been featured in the Architects Journal.
Belsize Architects were instrumental in optimising the potential of this brownfield site to a mixed-use scheme comprising of 23 dwelling units. The aim was to provide much-desired commercial space on the ground level and high-quality residential units on the floors above.
In terms of the design, we employed solutions like winter gardens that elevated livability on the A40 corridor. Our landscaping approaches were also focussed on protecting the public realm for the end users.
