Our Hampstead Lane project has been featured in the November issue of Build It Magazine.
This modern new build home by London-based Belsize Architects is located within the beautiful Hampstead Heath Fringes Conservation Area. Planning permission was granted to knock down the existing house on the land and double it in size. The design needed to respect the volume and height of the adjacent properties, and so a sunken courtyard has been incorporated, which floods the lower level with ample sunshine.
