Topping out Ceremony for Hyde Park Estate Project. Today, 23rd February, representatives from all parties involved in the project at Frederick Close, Hyde Park Estate, attended the Topping Out ceremony to celebrate the overall completion of the building’s structure. Members of the Board of the Church Commissioners formed a symbolic plinth on the roof top.
