After extensive experience and considerable achievements in working on important historic buildings, we have been appointed Nominated Crown Estate Architect, which qualifies us to work on Crown Estate properties.

In our work, we follow the procedures and guidance set out by the Royal Institute of British Architects to provide Clients with custom-tailored solutions that best suit their needs.

Starting from the Client's brief, a feasibility study is carried out to transform the brief into a workable project. A programme is then worked out to provide the Client with a timeframe setting out the stages of design and construction. The Client is fully involved in this process of defining all the major aspects of the project and its viability.

A detailed study of site and context initiates the creative process that will eventually define the architectural concept specific to the project.

Through extensive research and specialist consultation, the design is developed in detail and, once a thorough definition is reached, the Client's feedback and eventual approval are sought.

At this stage, the production information starts being developed to turn the scheme into a buildable project.
Contractors with the right experience for the project are then selected and interviewed. The tender procedure that follows is to ensure that the Client will have the most favourable financial result. Once the scheme goes on site, we carry out regular site inspections, attend site and project meetings and check the quality of the work against our specifications to make sure that the highest possible standard is achieved throughout all stages of construction until completion.
